I recently received the barbecue grill mat, which comes in a set of 2 from Enso and I couldn't be more pleased. I have never used a grill mat when using our outside grill and I have to say I am very surprised with the results. I was a little apprehensive because I was afraid that with our grill reaching over 400 degrees that the mats would catch on fire. I grilled chicken, corn on the cob and zucchini. Normally I wouldn't attempt this because i would be afraid of over cooking the corn and my zucchini plus it would fall through the grates. With the grill mat nothing fell through the cracks because the mats are 15.75x13 and covers the grill nicely. All of my food cooked evenly. Surprisingly the nice grill marks were on all my food and things turned out great! I will continue to use grill mats when grilling because it saved me a lot of time and i didn't have to worry about running inside to cook my vegetables.
