The ph testing is very important to your health and it easily done through Urine, Saliva, Drinking water , Aquariums, Pools, hot tubs, spas , Garden soil , Coffee, tea , Skin care and hair care products. By knowing your ph level is so important because you can protect yourself from toxins in pools, growing healthy food and pretty much anything that can be absorbed into your body. This testing is so easy to do and they include a color code chart. This is taken very serious because I myself didnt realize how easy this was. I did it for a week and my levels seem to be fine. I will continue to check it daily. I have received this in exchange for an honest review.
