Forever Flex Exercise Ball

This ball is perfect for pilates, yoga, crossfit and many low impact exercises. What I especially like about it is it comes with a workout guide because some I am brand new to yoga. The ball of course comes inflated but it was very easy to pump up with the pump that was included and all you do is put the pin in it when done. The ball can handle up to 2200lbs so there is no worry of how big or small you are you wont make it burst. Even when I blew it up the ball you can tell is made of good quality because it feels solid. When you order your ball make sure you read the chart because there are a few different ones to order from depending on your height. This company communicates really well, I didnt understand how to order the correct one and they walked me right through it with no issues.I have received this in exchange for an honest review.
