Supreme Swimming Nose Clip and Ear Plugs

These really come in handy because my kids have not yet learned to hold their breath with out physically plugging their nose. This set also comes with water proof ear plugs that are another asset when swimming. They actually give you two different sizes, large and small. The hard carrying case is nice because I can just put them in our gym bag and their protected from being lose and lost. I really couldn't be more satisfied with both the ear plugs and the nose plug.
